"We hired Josh High of Sunstate Lawn and Land to build a retaining wall for us.  From the beginning of the project Josh was a professional.  His quote set out the various expenses, he communicated when the brick was likely to be available and set our expectations as to his starting date.  He explained that early in the project things would move slowly because it was important to set the base of the wall properly.  Once that phase was done, more crew would be added to build the wall.  And they did.  Josh supervised the work of his crew to ensure that his standard of quality work was maintained.  Along with building the wall, Josh had regard for downspouts and drainage and ensured run off from rain would not compromise the wall over the long term.  Similarly he ensured that irrigation for the remainder of the property was maintained.  Over the course of the project we changed aspects of the plan.  Josh handled these changes with patience and offered his opinion and experience. When the job was completed, the work site was returned to it's former state. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the project.  The wall is solid, the landscaping is early but will grown in to our expectations.
